Lumen Gratiae Wellness strives to support individuals, couples, and teams in finding peace, along their journeys. Our holistic approach unifies and balances mental, physical, and spiritual health to help clients live a thriving and God-centered life.
How We Started
As we live searching for answers, we may be illuminated in many ways. Lumen rational and Lumen fidei refer to knowledge that is revealed to us by our own reasoning or by sacred writings/prophets. Lumen Gratiae is a deeper continuation of this knowledge. It requires communion with God. We gain true knowledge and understanding by receiving God, receiving His Grace. Union with God, with Truth itself, is our answer. He is not just our destination, but our path. We are healed by living in accordance with Him.
Lumen Gratiae Wellness has come to be through my own reception of God's overwhelming Grace. Through life's difficulties, I have begun my journey growing closer to the Lord. I have found no harmony in life without looking at myself as a whole: body, mind, and soul. We are created human, with each of these parts in perfect balance. We do not fight against these many natures, but each aspect helps the other orient itself in its most true and free expression towards God. We can find peace in the freedom that is unity with God and the reality that our true nature is seeking that unity.
My desire now is to continue this myself through sharing Truth and sharing God's love. Utilizing my unique talents, training, and skills, Lumen Gratiae Wellness is my personal expression of love, gratitude, and service to God.
